FREEHAND TABLES

FREEHAND TABLES

Freehand occasional tables by Studio Tk were designed around the free-flowing pencil of an artist. The inspiration is the juxtaposition of a super mechanical process of extruding aluminum to these forms that are organic and imperfect, and flow from one piece to the next.

Though not perfectly symmetrical, table sides fit together to form a number of geometric shapes that can then be finished with tabletop surfaces. Sides are available in two shapes and three sizes. Finishes include five water-based lacquer and 16 paint options. Tabletops are available in leather, felt, linoleum and glass. The finishes narrative extends from a monochromatic look that’s more hospitality-focused, to the felt and leather tops with a pop of color that tells more of a craft story. Freehand’s breadth of options allows users and designers to customize to suit their project needs.

Designed by the London-based studio PearsonLloyd.

Studio TK is helping to change the culture of work. With our exclusive focus on social applications, we are creating spaces that are responsive to all the ways we work and all that our work demands.   From quiet focus to creative collaboration, social spaces are empowering people to choose how, where and with whom they do their best work. They are where connections are formed and communities are built.   Studio TK is helping bridge the gap between the spaces where we work and the work culture we aspire to create. By harnessing the power of our social applications, we are creating a new type of workplace that is improving wellbeing and increasing productivity across the office.
